Requesting; How-To
As you're no doubt aware, there are things on this site that require a special request and approval in order to have your character use. There are, however, some guidelines to this requesting process:Approval Day
The administrators will only look at requests on Saturday, but on that day will look at all requests. This is to offer some balance to the approval, and make sure everything is looked at fairly. If your request is posted after Noon on Saturday in any of the admin's time zones, they reserve the right to ignore it until next week. If PersonA posts a request at 1:00 his time, and AdminA is in his timezone, AdminA doesn't HAVE to look at it. However, AdminB might be in California or Oregon, and it's before Noon over there, meaning they will.
Approval Process
While requests can only be looked at on Saturday, it should also be known that you can only have one request per week. You can't request Chidori, Rasengan, Kage Bunshin and a new Taijutsu Style in the same week. In the event you post more than one request in a week, admins reserve the right to ignore both of them, but more than likely will only bother checking the one posted first.
Approval Guideline
When you make any request for a jutsu, you are required to post an RP of your character learning said jutsu. This can either be a link to a topic that you do solo, or with friends, or it can be a story you post in your request topic, but you must have one.
Mission/Training Turn In
This section is also an exception. The requests posted in here may be posted alongside other ones; that is to say, you can have a jutsu OR special request, AND a mission request.
Custom Jutsu
Custom jutsu are a total exception to the request procedure. These requests must be posted in the battle log area with either an rp for learning the jutsu or a link to a topic where you actually did so, and from there they can be looked at at any time. They do not require a Saturday check, and do not take up a slot for requests for the week. You can have as many as you want, but please TRY to keep it semi-reasonable.
These guidelines may change at any time, so stay alert!
