Jutsu
"(Japanese name) Ichizoku." This translates to "(Japanese name) family." The name of the clan should relate in some way to the effects of the bloodline.
Clan's biography
What is the history of your clan? Where and when did they originate from? How did they evolve and adapt with their bloodline? How did said bloodline come to be used in the Ninja world? Note--all clans have an allegiance to a Hidden Village.
Clan Members
A list of everyone in the clan. When your applying your clan, leave this blank. When your clan gets accepted, we'll edit the list accordingly.

Element/Substance creation and manipulation. This is either the fusion of two of the five primary chakra natures into a new one; the creation of a single new element that is an advanced form of one of the five primary chakra natures; or the creation and manipulation of a new substance, for example, wax or honey.
Body mutation. This is the evolution of a person or persons beyond that of a normal human being. Examples would be an increased durability, added limbs--generally, the increased production of a normal part of the human body taken to new levels in another form. Dōjutsu are classified as mutations, but are not found in combination with other physical mutations in the body.
"Chakra manipulation." Simply, this is a Hiden series of Jutsu, in which something is manipulated which is already present, and not requiring creation. Canon examples of such include the Nara's ability to bend shadows, or the Yamanaka's manipulation of the mind.
Passive traits/abilities
Almost exclusively found within those whose bloodlines are body mutations, said mutations usually give one or more boosts to the possessor that other ordinary humans don't. This is because they have evolved in such a way as to receive this benefit. Thus, things such as regeneration, a sensitivity to sound or smell, etc. are "passive" and always active. Most passive traits are not godly and should not be created as such.
Clan Ryū
Depending on your bloodline, a Ryū (fighting style) may have been developed for use of the clansmen in conjunction with the bloodline itself. Such an example would be the Hyūga's Gentle Fist Ryū, which utilizes their Dōjutsu's ability to see tenketsu to meld into a dangerous Taijutsu Ryū. Will most commonly, or exclusively, be found in bloodlines that are mutations.
Jutsu
Ranked from lowest-to-highest (E to S), these are the Jutsu employed by the clan. When filling this part out, do not put chakra costs on the Jutsu, as those vary depending on the individual using the Jutsu.
