Combat Related Abilities [/size][/font] Speed & Agility Level I: Gives the ninja more speed and agility than average ninja do, which allows them to dodge basic attacks with more efficiency. The shinobi can perform handseals are a faster rate than average. Requires at least Taijutsu Knowledge Level II. Level II: Gives the ninja more speed and agility than before, allowing him to dodge ranged attacks, such as shurikens with more efficiency. The shinobi can perform one-handed seals though at a slower rate than average. Level III: Allows the ninja to use speed related jutsus (Jutsus will have the requirement). The shinobi can perform single handed seals at a normal rate and their two handed seals are a blur. Master Level: Gives a huge boost on speed and agility. Every thing that requires speed or agility to do, is done with great facility by the ninja. The shinobi can perform multiple one-handed seals simaltaniously, and their two-handed seals are faster than the eye. [/size] Strength and Power Level I: Gives the ninja more strength and power then average ninja do, providing more physical constitution, allowing the ninja to sustain more damage. Requires at least Taijutsu Knowledge Level II. Level II: Gives the ninja more strength and power then average ninja do, which allows them to deliver more damage in their Taijutsu attacks. The strength level of the ninja will be enough to crack stone with an attack. Level III: Allows the ninja to use strength related jutsus (Jutsus will have the requirement). Master Level: Gives a huge boost on strength and power. Every thing that requires strength to do, is done with great facility by the ninja. He has now a great endurance and resistance to damage. [/size] Assassination Level I: The user is stealthy and clever, able to hide in the shadows and move quietly, giving the ninja an edge. User is immune to Chakra Sensory Level I and is 10% less likely to get caught in break-ins. Level II: The Ninja is learned in anatomy, capable of targeting the vitals of an enemy's body with precision, for incapacitation, or assassination. User is immune to Chakra Sensory level II and is 20% less likely to get caught in break ins. Level III: Worthy of the title Assassin, the ninja has practiced and perfected arts of killing, making him well-knowledgeable in the many possible forms of death. User is immune to Chakra Sensory level III and is 30% less likely to get caught in break ins. Master Level: Allows the ninja to be perfect at the arts of stealth and quick kills, giving them near perfect accuracy, and move without even being known. User is Immune to Chakra Sensory Master Level and is 40% less likely to get caught in break ins. Equipment and Weaponry Level I: The shinobi has gained a proficiency in weaponry higher than that of average shinobi. They can wield basic weaponry outside of ninja tools and use scrolls to pack and store extra equipment. The shinobi can also utilize their own puppet with the right jutsu. The shinobi can wield light weaponry such as a sword or bow and use jutsu oriented to them. They can wield a single light sealing scroll that can hold extra ninja tools such as kunai or shuriken, up to 20. The shinobi may also create a single puppet for puppetry jutsu. Level II: The shinobi has gained a higher profiency with equipment and weaponry giving them access to multiple light weapons and medium weapons. They can wield two light sealing scrolls and can seal to a higher profiency allowing for sealing of a light weapon or a puppet. The shinobi also may construct and wield three puppets. Level III: The shinobi is considered an elite in regards to equipment. The shinobi is capable of wielding an assortment of weapons ranging from light, medium, and heavy. They can carry three scrolls on them and seal up to three accessories in them. The shinobi can wield up to six puppets on the field of battle. Master Level: The shinobi has ascended into the elite masters of weaponry and equipment. They can wield all sorts of weaponry including special ones with unique abilities and properties. The shinobi can wield an assortment of light sealing scrolls or even a large sealing scroll that can hold everything they may need. The shinobi can fight with as many puppets as they can control on the field of battle.

Chakra Related Skills [/size][/font] Elemental Fusion Level I: The shinobi has become proficient enough with his own elemental chakra to fusion two elements together giving the shinobi access to a fusion element. Level II: The shinobi has become even more skilled with their elemental chakra that they are capable of fusing multiple elements giving them access to two fusion elements. Level III: The shinobi has become so skilled at fusion that they can utilize the radiating chakra created through the fusion process to ration their own chakra. Fusion jutsu cost 50% up to B-rank and A-rank & S-rank cost 4 less CP to use. Chakra Capacity Level I: Allows the shinobi to sustain a bit more Chakra. 10% more Chakra. Sannin/Kage ninjas will have a reduction of five CP over the total CP (applying skill bonus). Level II: Allows the shinobi to sustain a greater amount of Chakra. 20% more Chakra. Sannin/Kage ninjas will have a reduction of five CP over the total CP (applying skill bonus). Level III: Allows the shinobi to sustain a Large amount of Chakra, 30% more. Sannin/Kage ninjas will have a reduction of five CP over the total CP (applying skill bonus). Master Level: Allows the shinobi to sustain a Monstrous amount of Chakra. 50% more. Sannin/Kage ninjas will have a reduction of fifteen CP over the total CP (applying skill bonus) Chakra Sensory Level I: Allows the shinobi to sense surrounding chakra, for comparison with its own or surrounding ones. Requires at least Ninjutsu and Genjutsu Knowledge level II. (Range: 100 meters) Level II: Allows the shinobi to sense chakra at higher range and also sense multiple chakra at once (maximum 5)(Range: 500 meters) Level III: Allows the shinobi to sense multiple chakra and determine their location. (Range: 1Km) Master Level: Allows the shinobi to sense types of chakra, like Jinchūriki and Cursed Seal and determine their position (Range: 2Km) Genjutsu Resistance Level I: Allows the ninja to realize if he got trapped in a Genjutsu of the same rank, making it easier to make a plan of escape. Allows the use of Genjutsu Kai. Level II: Allows the ninja to realize if he got trapped in a Genjutsu of one rank higher. Also, allows the use of Genjutsu Hakai. Genjutsu of one sub-type require one less chakra to break. Level III: Allows the ninja to use Tadai Nentō. Genjutsu of one sub-type require two less chakra to break, and genjutsu of two sub-types require one less chakra to break. Master Level: Genjutsu of one sub-type require three less chakra to break, genjutsu of two sub-types two less to break, and genjutsu of three sub-types require one less chakra to break. [/size]

Special Skills [/size][/font] Seal Knowledge Level I: Allows the user to utilize their Curse Seal First Level at will and allows them to ignore the Pain of when the Seal is placed. Allows the user to use up to C-rank seals and unseal D-rank seals. Level II: Allows user to utilize the First Level of the Curse Seal better, being able to use the Seal for one more round. Allows the user to use up to B-rank seals and unseal C-rank seals. Level III: Allows the user to activate the Second Level of the Seal, and capable of using the Juin Jutsu(Cursed Seal Technique) on up to one ninja. Allows the user to use up to A-rank seals and unseal B-ranks seals. Master Level: Allows the user to skip from first form directly to Second Form, and increases the duration by another round during Level II. It also allows the user to use the Juin Jutsu on up to three different Ninjas at once. Allows the user to use any seal and unseal any seal. Medical Level I: Allows the ninja to heal others and himself using some minor healing objects. The shinobi's knowledge of medicine has given them the knowledge to create minor poisons. Requires Genjutsu and Ninjutsu Knowledge level II. Level II: Allows the ninja to use up to rank C medical Ninjutsu and to use more advanced healing objects. The poisons they create have a more noticable effect. Level III: Allows the ninja to use up to rank A medical Ninjutsu and to use any healing object. The shinobi's poisons can change the course of battle in their favor and react at a faster degree within the victim. Master Level: Full mastery of any medical related Jutsu or object, with top success on healing. Their poisons can be considered lethal with many adverse effects. [/size] Summoning Level I: Allows the ninja to summon a rank C creature. Requires at least Ninjutsu and Genjutsu Knowledge level II. Level II: Allows the ninja to summon a rank B creature. Level III: Allows the ninja to summon a rank A creature and to use summoned animal related jutsus. Master Level: Allows the ninja to summon an ultimate summoning of rank S and is capable of becoming a Sennin.
