After all, that's what we're here for. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- BASIC NINJUTSU The basic staples for any shinobi's arsenal of jutsu. These jutsu include using your chakra to scale vertical surfaces and walk across water, utilize ninja wire, dispel genjutsu, and increase their own speed. Despite being the basics for most ninja, some require certain skills to master. Name: Ayatsuito no Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Sub-Type: Basic Rank: E Orientation: Offensive Cost: This string can be used in rappelling, or as a method to tie down and restrict the movement of an opponent. This jutsu can be modified with the combination of the Uchiha clan's Sharingan Soufuusha Sannotachi technique, which will grant an even greater chance of being bide. The wire allows the clan member to pin down an opponent in a almost inescapable bind.
Name: Waza no Jutsu [Walking Technique] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Chakra Rank: E Orientation: Supplementary Cost: Effects: This technique is a must for any Shinobi. Difficult for some genins, Waza consists of basic manipulation of chakra through the fit. This is done through two ways. First, they may concentrate chakra to their soles to because adhesive, allowing them to walk on normally impossible surfaces, such as walls or a tree. Second, the user may force their chakra downward to act as a method of balance which grants them the ability to walk on water. Both take a constant concentration of chakra, and thus must be maintained each turn of usage for one chakra. This does not require hand seals.
Name: Chakra Shūgō [Chakra Manifestation] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Chakra Rank: E Orientation: Supplementary Cost: N/A Effects: The ability to draw from their reservoir of stamina in order to generate more chakra to use. This technique allows a ninja to take their body's energy in order to cast more jutsus during a battle. 10% of the Shinobi's Max chakra is replenished (Rounded down from .5). However, each time this is done it exhausts the body, due to the nature of forcing it go beyond it's safe limits. Each time further strains a user. This may be cast three times during a battle, with any further attempts causing a person to collapse. When performing Chakra Shugo, you may not have performed any jutsus this turn, nor may use any while doing this. Techniques in use may be maintained if they are of a supplementary or defensive nature. The chakra granted by this ability is added on your next turn. For purposes of percent, you use your Rank base. (Do not apply modifiers such as Chakra Capacity!)
Name: Kage Shuriken no Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Sub-Type: Basic Rank: D Orientation: Offensive Kage Shuriken no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique utilizing a Fuuma Shuriken, Giant Shuriken or any other form of shuriken. When throwing a shuriken, the ninja will also throw a second shuriken (exactly the same as the first) to hide in the shadow of the previously thrown shuriken. The hidden second shuriken can then approach the target with a low chance of the target being aware.
Name: Soushuriken no Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Sub-Type: Basic Rank: D Orientation: offensive After hurling any type of shuriken, the user can control their path and movements by using wires which run from the projectile itself back through their arm(s), and/or hand(s). Because their opponent will think that the shuriken(s) isn't rigged, they will be off guard about their ability to redirect it themselves. This jutsu cost is E rank.
Name: Genjutsu Kai [Illusion Technique Release] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Chakra Rank: C Orientation: Defensive Cost: Equal the cost of the genjutsu. If it is B-rank, it costs 3 more to break, 5 if A, and 7 if S-rank. Effects: This basic technique allows the user to stop their flow of chakra and reactivate it in a burst of energy, essentially restarting their body in order to rid themselves of harmful chakra influences, most notably that of genjutsu. This technique may break genjutsus consisting of one sub-type.

Effects: This master technique allows the user to stop their flow of chakra and reactivate it in a burst of energy, essentially restarting their body in order to rid themselves of harmful chakra influences, most notably that of genjutsu. This technique may break genjutsus consists of three or less sub-types. Requires Genjutsu Hakai.
Name: Shunshin no Jutsu [Body Flicker Technique] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Basic Technique Rank: D Orientation: Supplementary Cost: Effects: This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short distances at an almost untraceable speed. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily boost the user's reflexes. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements; however, other methods can be taken from the environment used to disguise the movement such as a swarm of leaves. Effects with Agility and Speed Skill:
Level I: May be used to move once in two posts, without chance of attacking/using jutsu right after. Level II: May be used to escape once a post without chance of attacking/using jutsu right after. Level III: May be used to move as often as the user wants with chance of attacking once. Master Level: May be used as often as the user wants with possibility of combo attack and jutsu use after. PRIMARY ELEMENTS Katon (Fire Release) Katon jutsu utilize the destructive element of fire to damage foes. Katon is naturally weak to Suiton, and grows stronger in the presence of Futon. The fire is often used for offensive purposes such as firing projectiles of flame or shrouding your equipment in flames to augment their potential. Katon is often used by those who wish to cause large scale damage over a significant area for purely offensive purposes. Name:Katon Moeagaru Shuriken [Igniting Shurikens] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Katon Rank: D Orientation: Defensive Cost: Effects: A ranged technique that consists of drawing one's chakra and surrounding it around projectiles. The user will draw fire chakra along the surfaces of the projectiles and then throw them- In mid-air, they will be engulfed by flames, making them even more deadly.
Name: Okibikei [Blazing Fire Wall] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Katon Rank: D Orientation: Supplementary, Offensive Cost: Effects: A close-range fire technique, the user will release a short wave of flames from their mouth, creating a fiery barrier to burn nearby foes or shield themselves from oncoming attacks. Lasts for only a few seconds.
Name: Katon Nenshoute [Burning Hand] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Katon Rank: D Orientation: Supplementary, Offensive Cost: Effects: A fire jutsu utilized to improve taijutsu, Nenshoute consists of drawing chakra into a "Glove" of sorts around the user's hand. The ninja will then draw heat around the outside of the glove, dramatically increasing the temperature of it. This will cause any contact by the hands to cause searing damage to foes, burning hot enough to melt skin. This jutsu must be maintained.
Name: Katon Goukakyuu no Jutsu [Great Fireball Technique] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Katon Rank: C Orientation: Offensive Cost: Effects: A standard Katon technique, Goukakyuu is simple in nature. The user will draw chakra and air into their mouth, concentrating the energy before using their chakra's nature to cause a spark, causing a fire to erupt within their mouth which they then spew from their mouth. This will release a large fireball that will blaze through anything in it's path.
Name: Katon Ryuuka no Jutsu [Dragon Fire Technique] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Katon Rank: C Orientation: Offensive Cost: Effects: A versatile technique utilized with a set of wires or similar burnable objects, the user will release flames from their mouth on a number of "Chains". These chains will cross the battlefield to a point where they all meet, impacting each other and creating a fiery blast. The object of this technique is to maneuver a foe into one of these traps, a difficult feat due to both the time required to set up the correct positions as well as the danger of the foe. Nonetheless, Ryuuka is a potent technique.
Name: Katon Housenka no Jutsu [Mythical Fire Phoenix Technique] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Katon Rank: C Orientation: Offensive Cost: Effects: Similar to Goukakyuu, Katon Housenka releases flames from the mouth, drawing into the necessary components and then igniting them. Housenka no jutsu, however, does not focus the chakra into one simple large entity but infact releases a number of fireballs simultaneous from the mouth. Each fireball is small, but the sheer number of them can make it difficult to face. This just releases on an average a dozen fireballs.
Name: Katon Gouryuuka no Jutsu [Great Dragon Fire Technique] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Katon Rank: B Orientation: Offensive Cost: Effects: Katon Gouryuuka no jutsu forms a great dragon made of raging flames and releases it at an opponent. The technique is difficult to dodge due to the dragon's speed and the user's ability to redirect it mid-flight. It strikes by swallowing it's enemy whole, engulfing the enemy in it's hot flaming body. The jutsu is difficult to control however, due to's its unstable nature.
Name: Katon Haisekishou [Burning Ash Accumulation] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Katon Rank: B Orientation: Offensive Cost: Effects: A special jutsu that releases a great smog from the mouth, enveloping a foe in a great black cloud that blinds those within. The true purpose of this jutsu, however, is the fact that it can be ignited by the smallest of flames, allowing the shinobi to turn the smog into a fiery death trap. A second technique or item must be used to ignite the smog.
Name: Katon Kaenhoushaki [Flame Thrower] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Katon Rank: B Orientation: Offensive Cost: Effects: The technique is more or less it's name- The jutsu allows the user to release a steady jet of flame towards an enemy, powerfully impacting whatever it touches and burning it. The jutsu, if done properly, can be performed for long durations of time, albeit wasting chakra all the while. The flamethrower can also be directed in a different direction, as well as function while the user is moving.
Name: Katon Zukokku [Head Mincing Pain] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Katon Rank: A Orientation: Offensive Cost: Effects: A rather powerful fire technique that is used in a destructive fashion. The user, like most fire-based jutsus, will gather chakra and air into the mouth and release flames. This technique, however, greatly multiplies the amount of fire released, the flames racing forward as a great beast-like missile of fire, taking down everything it touches as it roars towards a foe.
Name: Katon Ryuki Funshutsu [Rising Eruption] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Katon Rank: A Orientation: Offensive Cost: Effects: An indirect technique, the ninja instead of shooting fire towards an opponent will release flames into the ground, spinning the fire into a drill of sorts which will race underground, burning a tunnel until it falling beneath a foe, where it will then shoot upward like geyser, surrounding a foe in a pillar of deadly flames. Futon (Wind Release) Futon wields the power of moving air to support their own abilities, push away with concussive force, or perform highly precise cuts with razor sharp wind. Futon is naturally strong against Raiton, but causes Katon to rapidly increase in size. Some Futon jutsu increase the speed of the user or their equipment, or create a razor sharp edge on their weapons or even just by utilizing air itself. Futon works well as a supportive element accompanied by some with dangerous potential. Name: Futon: Kazeken [Wind Blade] Type: Ninjutsu Sub Type: Futon Rank: D Orientation: Supplementary Cost: Effects: A basic wind technique that it utilized with a weapon, typically a blade. The user will apply their chakra to weapon, surrounding with a layer of their chakra. They will then begin to "Sharpen" the chakra, utilizing their wind affinity to create a tearing effect with whatever contacts the chakra. This will improve the cutting ability of the weapon, making attacks more deadly.
Name: Futon: Buki Tsubasa [Weapon Wings] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Futon Rank: D Orientation: Supplementary, Offensive Cost: Effects: This technique is similar to Kazeken in the manner it used, the Shinobi transferring their chakra into a weapon. In this case the user will, rather then improving power, will increase the speed of thrown projectiles. When thrown, the transferred chakra will release it itself from the end of the weapon in the form of a gale, boosting the speed of the weapon's flight. This makes it harder for enemies to react to the weapon, and is useful for hitting quick targets.
Name:Futon: Ea-hazumi [Air Bound] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Futon Rank: D Orientation: Supplementary Cost: Effects: A jutsu that is similar to the manner shinobi walk on water and trees, but far more dramatic in the manner it functions. The user will gather a large quantity of chakra beneath their foot as they raise it. Upon gathering sufficient energy, the user will stomp downward, compressing the air that they've gather until, like a spring, it explodes, flinging the ninja forward. This is useful for charging the enemy, quickly crossing the battlefield, and dodging attacks.
Name: Futon: Reppushou [Gale Wind Palm] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Futon Rank: C Orientation: Offensive Cost: Effects: A wind technique that is similar to Hakke Kuusho, Reppusho allows the user to gather air into the palm of their, condensing the gases until they are released upon thrusting the user's hand forward, releasing a small but powerful wave capable of flinging foes away.
Name: Futon: Kamaitachi [Cutting Whirlwind] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Futon Rank: C Orientation: Offensive Cost: Effects: A jutsu utilized with a Fan, this technique allows the user to better control the winds, focusing it into a powerful cyclone to envelop foes. Any opponents caught by these winds will be mercilessly be cut by the furious and sharp winds. Because of the twisting nature, it is difficult to escape this technique once caught, drawing everything nearby in.
Name:Futon: Daitoppa [Great Breakthrough] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Futon Rank: C Orientation: Offensive, Supplementary Cost: Effects: A jutsu that, similarly to Katon, utilizes breathing to function. The user will gather air into their mouth, imbuing it with their chakra before blowing it forward. This will cause a fierce and powerful blast of air to shoot forward, easily lifting an enemy off their feet. This technique is also utilized to boost the potency of fire attacks, speeding it forward and feeding the flames.
Name: Futon: Mugen Sajin Daitoppa [Infinite Dust Great Breakthrough] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Futon Rank: B Orientation: Offensive Cost: Effects: A superior form of Daitoppa, this technique greatly increases the amount of force provided by the blast. This technique uses a greater amount of wind, the user drawing a large quanity of air into their lugs before releasing it in a great air blast, a deadly missile of air pressure. The force is such that it can even blast with stone and keep on going.
Name: Futon: Kazekiri [Wind Cutter] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Futon Rank: B Orientation: Offensive Cost: Effects: This technique draws wind into a single thin entity when used, causing the air to be drawn into a "Blade" capable of keen cuts through most surfaces. This makes the just serving better then other wind jutsus against defenses due to it's slicing trait.
Futon: Dai Kamaitachi [Great Cutting Whirlwind] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Futon Rank: B Orientation: Offensive Cost: Effects: Essentially this technique is a rather bigger version of the normal Kamaitachi, creating rather then merely a wave of spiralling wind, a typhoon of wind blades which slice through everything in it's path. Because of the massive area this attack strikes in, it is near impossible to completely escape it's range- It is being in the center of this attack, however, that is particularly dangerous.
Name: Futon: Kaze no Yaiba [Sword of Wind] Type:Ninjutsu Sub-type: Futon Rank: A Orientation: Offensive Cost: Effects: An extremely potent wind jutsu that functions with merely a flick of the fingers, this technique releases a series of air waves that do not merely cut but, at a molecular level, breaks down what lies within it's path, making it extremely difficult to defend against. This technique is best utilized in close range, as it is more difficult to respond to the simultaneous blades being released.
Name: Futon: Atsugai [Pressure Damage] Sub-type: Futon Rank: A Orientation: Offensive Cost: Effects: A particularly potent futon technique that releases a large missile of of spinning wind at an enemy. Upon impacting a surface, it will explode into an expanding sphere of rushing air, grinding everything within between colliding forces of wind. Become of the blast radius and effectiveness of the jutsu, being caught within it will leave little chance of survival. This technique is extremely difficult to control, however, as one's allies and themselves can easily be caught within their own attack.

Raiton (Lightning Release) Raiton wields massive power in both external and internal attacks with its electric properties and lightnings natural piercing qualities. Raiton is strong when breaking through Doton, but finds its power diminished in the presence of Futon. Raiton utilizes a wide arsenal of jutsu that focus on electrocuting the opponent while the larger scale techniques focus on a one shot take down. Raiton is one of the most versatile elements for taking out your opponents quickly, both lethally and non-lethally. Name: Shindosachi [Shock Touch] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Raiton Rank: D Orientation: Supplementary, Offensive Cost: Effects: A technique which acts similarly how one can channel static electrcity through a person by merely contacting them, this move consists electrifying the user's chakra throughout the body and projecting it upon touching an opponent, sending a jolt of electricity through their body, painfully attacking via the nerves. This jutsu may be maintained.
Name: Raiton: Juudenki [Charger] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Raiton Rank: D Orientation: Supplementary Cost: Effects: An electrical technique that sends a surge of electricity through the body, causing mild pain through the nervous system. The purpose of this is to force the body to be aware, giving pain in order to "Re-start" the system. This is useful for preventing the body from falling unconsious, assisting one when disoriented, and aiding in concentration. This effect does not break genjutsus, though depending on the illusion may aide them in resisting it.
Name: Raiton: Denryuu [Electrical Current] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Raiton Rank: D Orientation: Offensive Cost: Effects: Denryuu allows the user to focus their chakra to the tip of their fingers and release a beam of lightning, which will shoot forward to impale a target. Small and brittle, the technique is nonetheless useful for striking from a distance, and can be seen as a "Sniping" technique.
Name: Raikyuu [Lightning Ball] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Raiton Rank: C Orientation: Offensive Cost: Effects: A technique in which the user projects their chakra by bouncing the energy between their hands, causing a resonating effect with their energy. By adding elemental control, the sphere will then take on a charge, sparking into existing and creating a ball of lightning. This sphere can then be thrown at an enemy, electrocuting anything it touches in a blast of energy.
Name: Raiton: Raisehou [Lightning Torrent Gun] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Raiton Rank: C Orientation: Defensive, Offensive Cost: Effects: This technique is a close-range jutsu that consists of focusing electrified chakra to the palm of the user's hand, condensing it until the jutsu is utilized. Upon usage, the stored electricity will spray forward randomly, striking anything near the spray of lightning, deflecting projectiles, striking foes, and defending the user from earth-based techniques.
Name: Ikadzuchi no Kiba [Lightning Bolt Fang] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Raiton Rank: C Orientation: Offensive Cost: Effects: A lightning ninjutsu that attacks indirectly, first concentrating the electrical power before shooting it into the sky, where it will then arc down again at an opponent. While in the air it will take the form of a bolt, firing itself at an opponent and piercing anything in it's way. Because of the slight delay, the move can not be used quickly, however, it can avoid obstacles that directly interfere with it's path.
Name: Raigeki no Yoroi [Lightning Strike Armor] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Raiton Rank: B Orientation: Supplementary, Defensive Cost: Effects: A technique that begins in an identical fashion as Ikadzuchi- However, the bolt will instead shoot downward back upon the user, impacting their body and surrounding them with chaotic lightning. Surging around the Shinobi, a glowing armor of lightning will be created. This armor will shield the body by having electricity lash out at anything that nears the target, as well as make any contact or weapons the user uses to be engulfed in the energy as well, adding a shocking effect to any blows they do. Because of this dual nature, getting near one using Raigeku no Yoroi is a dangerous task. This jutsu requires two chakra per turn to maintain.
Name: Gian [False Darkness] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Raiton Rank: B Orientation: Offensive Cost: Effects: A lightning-based jutsu which charges a great bolt of lightning, springing forth from the user's mouth and shooting off at an enemy. This missile is particularly destructive, rendering everything near into rubble as it shoots off at a foe, impaling them and at the same time shocking their body. Its strength is such that most barriers will fail to protect the user, for even if the actual bolt itself does not strike you, the electrical energy may still pass into you.
Name: Raiokami [Lightning Wolf] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Raiton Rank: B Orientation: Offensive, Defensive Cost: Effects: A ninjutsu that calls forth a beast of thunder, it's body stemming from your hand and forming into a dire wolf. This creature, as long as the user is maintaining the chakra from the hand to the beast, will move to the user's will, springing forth at foes with it's charged fangs or acting a shield- whatever the situation requires. The Raiokami's body is easily disrupted, however, the user may reform its body by paying 1 more chakra for maintaining. Because it consists of lightning, the Raiokami is as fast as it.
Name: Ikadzuchi no Utage [Lightning Bolt Feast] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Raiton Rank: A Orientation: Offensive Cost: Effects: Like it's predecessors, Ikadzuchi consists of the ninja releasing a blast of lightning. This jutsu uses far more chakra however, causing the capabilities of the jutsu to be improved. Upon being shot into the sky, it shall split into a score of bolts, the barrage of bolts raining down upon a foe.
Rairyuu no Tatsumaki [Lightning Dragon Tornado] Name: Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Raiton Rank: A Orientation: Offensive, Defensive Cost: Effects: Rairyuu is a jutsu that spins an electircal field around the user, rotating it at gradually increasing speed and expanding the size of it. These conditions will cause a great cyclone of lightning to rage into existence. This tornado surrounding the user will move with the user- So striding towards a foe will cause Rairyuu to move with you. The rotating lightning casts as a blade, slicing anything near it and releasing small bolts of lightning erratically. [/size]

Doton (Earth Release) Doton takes pride in its ability to rapidly change the state of the battlefield and provide many opportunities for the user to cause severe damage. Doton is easily pierced by Raiton while it easily blocks and soaks up Suiton techniques. Doton utilizes large projectiles from the ground itself to throw at the opponent or rips the earth asunder to reshape the field to the user's will to give them an advantage or provide a massive defense. Name: Shinjuu Zanshu no Jutsu [Double Suicide Decapitation Technique] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Doton Rank: D Orientation: Offensive Cost: Effects: A jutsu used after the shinobi has successfully entered beneath the earth, by using the vibrations caused by the body touching the soil, the user will locate and move beneath an opponent, and will attempt to rise up from the earth to grab and pull them into the soil, temporary transferring the ability to phase through the earth so as to drag their body into the earth.
Name: Doton Dakuryuu jutsu [Mud Stream Technique] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Doton Rank: D Orientation: Offensive Cost: Effects: A basic earth move that moistens the soil in front of him, and then raises and shoots it at an opponent in the form of a sudden spray of mud. The jutsu is now a strong one, the mud doing little lasting damage, however it does serve to slow an opponent, the mud clinging to their body and disorienting their movement.
Name: Joushou Hashira [Rising Pillar] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Doton Rank: D Orientation: Defensive, Supplementary Cost: Effects: A simple technique that costs the earth to rise, a pillar of stone that shoots forward. This can be used to create a barrier to impede an enemy's progress, defend against attacks, and even be created below shinobi to lift them above the battlefield.
Name: Dochuu Eigyo [Underground Fish Projection] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Doton Rank: C Orientation: Defensive, Supplementary Cost: Effects: A ninjutsu that defies normal surfaces and allows a Shinobi with an earth affinity to literately "Phase" into the ground, allowing them to travel beneath it in a manner similar to as if the user was in water.
Name: Doro Gaeshi [Mud Overturn] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Doton Rank: C Orientation: Defensive Cost: Effects: An earth based technique which controls the ground in front of the user, taking a large section of it and raising it before the user, forming a sturdy wall capable of withstanding most normal attacks and lesser jutsus. Great impacts may shatter it, however, though the wall will still lessen the force of an attack.
Name: Retsudo Tenshou [Revolving Split Earth Palm] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Doton Rank: C Orientation: Offensive Cost: Effects: An earth jutsu which manipulates stones in a manner similar to telekinesis, allowing them to levitate and throw nearby rocks. This gives them a vast amount of projectiles to utilize against an opponent, though only a few objects may be moved at a time, and none of great size. This jutsu may be utilized for multiples turns, allowing them to let loose a barrage of stones upon an opponent.
Name: Domu [Earth Spear] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Doton Rank: B Orientation: Supplementary Cost: Effects: A fairly odd technique due to the fact that, rather like most earth jutsus that draw stone from the ground, Domu surrounds one's body with chakra and then uses one's earth affinity to harden it, causing the out-layers of the skin to turn to stone. This ability does not interfere with the Shinobi's ability to control their limbs nor strike with them. Any part of the body effected by Domu will be able to take powerful blows without flinching, as well as improving the ninja's unarmed strikes. Stone, however, weights more then flesh, and slows the user.
Name: Doryou Dango [Mausoleum Earth Dumpling] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Doton Rank: B Orientation: Offensive Cost: Effects: This jutsu draws upon the soil before the user and begins forming it into a great sphere. This ball is composed of dirt crushed firmly together, where it can be then easily flung at opponents. Because of it's composition, it will then roll after landing, crushing enemies via flight or roll. The size of the dumpling exceeds that of a house, and is difficult to stop.
Name: Doton Dorou Doumu [Earth Dome Prison] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Doton Rank: B Orientation: Offensive, Defensive Cost: Effects: An odd ninjutsu that functions similarly to how dirt reacts with water. The ninja will entrap an enemy via earth, causing it to rise and surround an enemy. Enemies caught within the dome will unable to simply escape. The walls of the prision are constantly charged by the user's chakra, making the mud strong as stone and regenerating over time. Not only this, for prison also drains the user's chakra, sapping it away to fuel the their own demise. However, the jutsu has two key weakness- First being that the user must remain in contact with the dome to keep it functioning. Second, the distance furthest away from the user will receive chakra slower, making it regenerate slower. Alternatively, this doton jutsu may instead be used around the user as a defense, retaining it's regenerative qualities, but lacking the weakness. All enemies within the prison will be lose two additional chakra each turn.
Name: Yomi Numa [Swamp of the Underworld] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Doton Rank: A Orientation: Defensive, Offensive Cost: Effects: This jutsu turns a large area of land into a sinking swampland, making it impossible for anyone or anything in that area to move around. The mud of the swamp is extremely adhesive, weighting down upon an enemy and thus making their movement sluggish. Due to the fact that the jutsu can be used from a great distance and the size may be from a small pool to a great swamp, it makes this technique difficult to "Dodge". Over time, foes will be dragged down, the tar-like pool swallowing foes whole.
Name: Doton Resshin [Disastrous Earthquake] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Doton Rank: A Orientation: Defensive, Offensive Cost: Effects: A jutsu capable of shifting the tectonic plates beneath the ground, causing dramatic seismic activity in the area. This loosening of the ground allows the user's to manipulate this force and focus in in specific areas, causing the ground to rise, break apart, and shift against an opponent- The battlefield itself becomes an enemy to face. This jutsu is particularly powerful due to the number of ways the user can cause the quakes to effect the earth, giving them a versatile number of ways to attack their opponent. This jutsu may be used for multiple turns at the price of 3 additional chakra for maintaining instead of 1. This jutsu is difficult to use even for A-rank Ninjas. [/size]

Suiton (Water Release) Suiton manipulates water to erect defenses or pummel the opponent with the force of a monsoon. Suiton is naturally effective for extinguishing Katon and weak against the sturdiness of Doton. Suiton often requires a nearby water source to power its techniques, but its power is well worth the preparation. Suiton is balanced in both defense and offense easily using the same water to defend against a torrent of attacks and then sending out to sweep the opponent away. Name: Kirigakure no Jutsu [Hidden Mist Technique] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Suiton Rank: D Orientation: Supplementary Cost: Effects: A ninjutsu that disperses the user's chakra through the air to manipulate the water particles and alter their composition to produce a mist of varying thickness. Veiling an enemy's sight, this technique can be taken advantage of if used right, those who specialize in assassination and combat not based on sight best suited for battle in mist.
Name: Suiton: Tsuba-Kasui [Saliva Stream] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Suiton Rank: D Orientation: Offensive Cost: Effects: A water technique which enhances the saliva within a Shinobi's mouth, adding chakra to it to harden the individual droplets, and then using the chakra to launch them from their mouth at high speeds. Essentially, the user will be able to launch a spit bullet from their mouth at an opponent.
Name: Suiton: Sansokyou [Oxygen Supply] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Suiton Rank: D Orientation: Supplementary Cost: Effects: An unusual jutsu that functions while a ninja is underwater. The ninja will alter their mouth to process any water that enters, splitting the H20 into hydrogen, which is pushed away by the chakra, and oxygen which is then breathed in. This allows a ninja with water affinity to breath underwater. This technique may be used for extended durations of time, as long as the user pays the maintaining cost.
Name: Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu [Water Clone Technique] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Suiton Rank: C Orientation: Supplementary Cost: Effects: A jutsu that produces a copy of one's self by drawing water and shaping it into their own form. The user's chakra causes the body to solidify and take on the appearance of the creator, as well as any items they have. These clones are easily disrupted, any great impacts causing their structure to break down. They are, however, able to use jutsus, and may be manipulated from a distance. The jutsu's cost is it's base +2 chakra for each additional clone made after the first.
Name: Mizuame Nabara [Starch Syrup Capture Field] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Suiton Rank: C Orientation: Supplementary Cost: Effects: A water jutsu that carries special characteristics that cause the molecules to be adhesive. The user will release a stream of water from their mouth to create a pool of liquid, and whomever touches the water will be unable to move normally, any part of their body that makes contact with it becomes stuck to the surface of the water. Ninjas are able to escape this effect by using the water-walking technique, which cancels the jutsu's own chakra effect, but only if used before touching the liquid.
Name: Suirou no Jutsu [Water Prison Technique] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Suiton Rank: C Orientation: Offensive Cost: Effects: Trapping enemies within an orb of water, the Water Prision Technique is a useful move which when performed correctly can take an opponent out of the battlefield. An enemy will first move close to an enemy before summoning water which will surround an opponent, a sphere of liquid surrounding them before solidifying. This hardened ball will trap a foe within and prevent them from escaping. Because of it's small confines and lack of air within, breaking free is a difficult venture, with only more dramatic methods capable of working. The Suirou jutsu requires the user to maintain contact with the sphere of water, or it will break apart and free the user within.
Name: Baku Suishouha [Bursting Water Collision Waves] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Suiton Rank: B Orientation: Supplementary Cost: Effects: A great suiton technique that floods the surrounding area with water which is released from the user's body by converting their chakra into it. This flood will create a miniature ocean, giving a ninja with water affinity a distinct advantage over his foes with an endless supply of water to use. Because of the water's nature, being produced from their own body, the user of this technique requires no chakra to water walk atop it. This jutsu does not require a maintaining cost.
Name: Suijinheki [Water Encampment Wall] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Suiton Rank: B Orientation: Defensive Cost: Effects: A defensive technique that creates a cyclone of spiraling water around the user, deflecting attack. This vicious torrent of water turns blows aside, the rotation not blocking as much as pushing away enemies' attacks and flinging them away. A particularly powerful wall, Suijinheki can only be broken by powerful piercing attacks that are not easily swayed, as opposed to more loose techniques.
Name: Suiryuudan no Jutsu [Water Dragon Projectile Technique] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Suiton Rank: B Orientation: Offensive Cost: Effects: A projectile attack, Water Dragon calls forth a serpent of liquid and throws it upon an opponent, the fierce water being launched at an opponent at high speeds. This move can break trees and even stone, a missile that upon hitting it's target will explode in a watery blast. The move requires a large amount of handseals due to it's "Hunter" like nature that allows the user to re-direct the dragon in cases in which the opponent may be able to dodge it. All ninjas below B-rank will require two turns to perform the jutsu.
Name: Daibakufu no Jutsu [Grand Waterfall Technique] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Suiton Rank: A Orientation: Offensive Cost: Effects: A suiton technique that is particularly drastic, using a large amount of water and causing it to swirl beneath an opponent, forming a vortex. This whirlpool will begin to draw everything, foe and ally alike into it's grasp before at last erupting in a great thrashing wave, taking anything caught within it's grasp and throwing them across the battleground without any mercy. Difficult to escape and exhausting to survive if caught by it.
Name: Suishouha - [Water Collision Destruction] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Suiton Rank: A Orientation: Offensive, Defensive Cost: Effects: Suishouha is a move that allows one mastery over the water, that controls every inch of H20 surrounding the user, be it in liquid or gas form, and forms it into a series of grand waves. This lashing barrage of merciless waves will continue to pound down on an opponent, the user able to redraw any liquid used by the technique and form it again into an attack. Because of this, this technique can be used indefinitely as long as the Shinobi has chakra to spare. The more water present, the greater the strength of the jutsu. This technique requires two additional chakra per turn to maintain. [/size]
