Ninjutsu Knowledge
- Level I: Allows the ninja to use basic Ninjutsu (note that some basic ninjutsu have other requirements).
- Level II: Allows the ninja to use basic ninjutsu and jutsu from a primary element of his choice.
- Level III: Allows the ninja to use basic ninjutsu and to have two ninjutsu elements. The second will only allow the ninja to use ninjutsu of lower rank than himself. The user gains a level one chakra trait for free.
- Master Level: Allows the ninja to use basic ninjutsu, and three ninjutsu elements. The third element will only allow the ninja to use ninjutsu of lower rank then himself. The shinobi's mastery of ninjutsu has given them access to a single Yin-Yang Balance Element. The user gains a level two chakra trait for free.
Taijutsu Knowledge
- Level I: Allows the ninja to perform simple Taijutsu attacks, such as punches and kick combos. The Ninja can use Basic Taijutsu with no styles at this point.
- Level II: Allows the ninja to have one Taijutsu fighting style with all allowed rank jutsus.
- Level III: Allows the user to have two Taijutsu styles. The second one will only allow to use jutsus of lower rank then himself. The user gains a level one combat trait for free.
- Master Level: Allows the user to have two Primary Taijutsu Styles and allows the user gains a level two combat skill. Replaces level one. The user may identify open taijutsu styles.

Speed & Agility[/li][li]Level III: Allows the ninja to use speed related jutsus (Jutsus will have the requirement). The shinobi can perform single handed seals at a normal rate and their two handed seals are a blur.(free)
- Level I: Gives the ninja more speed and agility than average ninja do, which allows them to dodge basic attacks with more efficiency. The shinobi can perform handseals are a faster rate than average. Requires at least Taijutsu Knowledge Level II.
- Level II: Gives the ninja more speed and agility than before, allowing him to dodge ranged attacks, such as shurikens with more efficiency. The shinobi can perform one-handed seals though at a slower rate than average.
[/li][li]Master Level: Gives a huge boost on speed and agility. Every thing that requires speed or agility to do, is done with great facility by the ninja. The shinobi can perform multiple one-handed seals simaltaniously, and their two-handed seals are faster than the eye.[/li][/ul]
Equipment and Weaponry
- Level I: The shinobi has gained a proficiency in weaponry higher than that of average shinobi. They can wield basic weaponry outside of ninja tools and use scrolls to pack and store extra equipment. The shinobi can also utilize their own puppet with the right jutsu. The shinobi can wield light weaponry such as a sword or bow and use jutsu oriented to them. They can wield a single light sealing scroll that can hold extra ninja tools such as kunai or shuriken, up to 20. The shinobi may also create a single puppet for puppetry jutsu.
- Level II: The shinobi has gained a higher profiency with equipment and weaponry giving them access to multiple light weapons and medium weapons. They can wield two light sealing scrolls and can seal to a higher profiency allowing for sealing of a light weapon or a puppet. The shinobi also may construct and wield three puppets.
- Level III: The shinobi is considered an elite in regards to equipment. The shinobi is capable of wielding an assortment of weapons ranging from light, medium, and heavy. They can carry three scrolls on them and seal up to three accessories in them. The shinobi can wield up to six puppets on the field of battle.
Assassination
- Level I: The user is stealthy and clever, able to hide in the shadows and move quietly, giving the ninja an edge. User is immune to Chakra Sensory Level I and is 10% less likely to get caught in break-ins.
- Level II: The Ninja is learned in anatomy, capable of targeting the vitals of an enemy's body with precision, for incapacitation, or assassination. User is immune to Chakra Sensory level II and is 20% less likely to get caught in break ins.
- Level III: Worthy of the title Assassin, the ninja has practiced and perfected arts of killing, making him well-knowledgeable in the many possible forms of death. User is immune to Chakra Sensory level III and is 30% less likely to get caught in break ins.
Chakra Sensory
- Level I: Allows the shinobi to sense surrounding chakra, for comparison with its own or surrounding ones. Requires at least Ninjutsu and Genjutsu Knowledge level II. (Range: 100 meters)
- Level II: Allows the shinobi to sense chakra at higher range and also sense multiple chakra at once (maximum 5)(Range: 500 meters)
[/li][li]Level III: Allows the shinobi to sense multiple chakra and determine their location. (Range: 1Km)[/li][/ul]
Genjutsu Resistance
- Level I: Allows the ninja to realize if he got trapped in a Genjutsu of the same rank, making it easier to make a plan of escape. Allows the use of Genjutsu Kai.
Elemental Fusion
- Level I: The shinobi has become proficient enough with his own elemental chakra to fusion two elements together giving the shinobi access to a fusion element.

This string can be used in rappelling, or as a method to tie down and restrict the movement of an opponent. This jutsu can be modified with the combination of the Uchiha clan's Sharingan Soufuusha Sannotachi technique, which will grant an even greater chance of being bide. The wire allows the clan member to pin down an opponent in a almost inescapable bind.

Effects: This technique is a must for any Shinobi. Difficult for some genins, Waza consists of basic manipulation of chakra through the fit. This is done through two ways. First, they may concentrate chakra to their soles to because adhesive, allowing them to walk on normally impossible surfaces, such as walls or a tree. Second, the user may force their chakra downward to act as a method of balance which grants them the ability to walk on water. Both take a constant concentration of chakra, and thus must be maintained each turn of usage for one chakra. This does not require hand seals.

Effects: The ability to draw from their reservoir of stamina in order to generate more chakra to use. This technique allows a ninja to take their body's energy in order to cast more jutsus during a battle. 10% of the Shinobi's Max chakra is replenished (Rounded down from .5). However, each time this is done it exhausts the body, due to the nature of forcing it go beyond it's safe limits. Each time further strains a user. This may be cast three times during a battle, with any further attempts causing a person to collapse. When performing Chakra Shugo, you may not have performed any jutsus this turn, nor may use any while doing this. Techniques in use may be maintained if they are of a supplementary or defensive nature. The chakra granted by this ability is added on your next turn. For purposes of percent, you use your Rank base. (Do not apply modifiers such as Chakra Capacity!)

Kage Shuriken no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique utilizing a Fuuma Shuriken, Giant Shuriken or any other form of shuriken. When throwing a shuriken, the ninja will also throw a second shuriken (exactly the same as the first) to hide in the shadow of the previously thrown shuriken. The hidden second shuriken can then approach the target with a low chance of the target being aware.

After hurling any type of shuriken, the user can control their path and movements by using wires which run from the projectile itself back through their arm(s), and/or hand(s). Effects: This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short distances at an almost untraceable speed. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily boost the user's reflexes. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements; however, other methods can be taken from the environment used to disguise the movement such as a swarm of leaves.
Effects with Agility and Speed Skill:
Level I: May be used to move once in two posts, without chance of attacking/using jutsu right after.
Level II: May be used to escape once a post without chance of attacking/using jutsu right after.
Level III: May be used to move as often as the user wants with chance of attacking once.
Master Level: May be used as often as the user wants with possibility of combo attack and jutsu use after.
Name: Genjutsu Kai [Illusion Technique Release]

Cost: Equal the cost of the genjutsu. If it is B-rank, it costs 3 more to break, 5 if A, and 7 if S-rank.
Effects: This basic technique allows the user to stop their flow of chakra and reactivate it in a burst of energy, essentially restarting their body in order to rid themselves of harmful chakra influences, most notably that of genjutsu. This technique may break genjutsus consisting of one sub-type.

Effects: A jutsu that is similar to the manner shinobi walk on water and trees, but far more dramatic in the manner it functions. The user will gather a large quantity of chakra beneath their foot as they raise it. Upon gathering sufficient energy, the user will stomp downward, compressing the air that they've gather until, like a spring, it explodes, flinging the ninja forward. This is useful for charging the enemy, quickly crossing the battlefield, and dodging attacks.

Effects: This jutsu allows Miku to form a ball of condensed air, that at her command, work as a torrent that sucks in other objects and suspends them in mid-air. The winds are powerful enough to suspend a fully grown shinobi off the ground for a whole post if the jutsu is maintained. The wind can also cause lashes and cuts on command.

Effects: An unusual jutsu that functions while a ninja is underwater. The ninja will alter their mouth to process any water that enters, splitting the H20 into hydrogen, which is pushed away by the chakra, and oxygen which is then breathed in. This allows a ninja with water affinity to breath underwater. This technique may be used for extended durations of time, as long as the user pays the maintaining cost.

Effects: A ninjutsu that disperses the user's chakra through the air to manipulate the water particles and alter their composition to produce a mist of varying thickness. Veiling an enemy's sight, this technique can be taken advantage of if used right, those who specialize in assassination and combat not based on sight best suited for battle in mist.

Effects: Trapping enemies within an orb of water, the Water Prision Technique is a useful move which when performed correctly can take an opponent out of the battlefield. An enemy will first move close to an enemy before summoning water which will surround an opponent, a sphere of liquid surrounding them before solidifying. This hardened ball will trap a foe within and prevent them from escaping. Because of it's small confines and lack of air within, breaking free is a difficult venture, with only more dramatic methods capable of working. The Suirou jutsu requires the user to maintain contact with the sphere of water, or it will break apart and free the user within.

Effects: A jutsu that produces a copy of one's self by drawing water and shaping it into their own form. The user's chakra causes the body to solidify and take on the appearance of the creator, as well as any items they have. These clones are easily disrupted, any great impacts causing their structure to break down. They are, however, able to use jutsus, and may be manipulated from a distance. The jutsu's cost is it's base +2 chakra for each additional clone made after the first.

Effects: A lightning ninjutsu that attacks indirectly, first concentrating the electrical power before shooting it into the sky, where it will then arc down again at an opponent. While in the air it will take the form of a bolt, firing itself at an opponent and piercing anything in it's way. Because of the slight delay, the move can not be used quickly, however, it can avoid obstacles that directly interfere with it's path.

Effects: This technique is a close-range jutsu that consists of focusing electrified chakra to the palm of the user's hand, condensing it until the jutsu is utilized. Upon usage, the stored electricity will spray forward randomly, striking anything near the spray of lightning, deflecting projectiles, striking foes, and defending the user from earth-based techniques.

Effects: This technique augments a piece of equipment with Ranton chakra. The equipment can be anything the user can clearly grasp in their hand and must be made of metal. The Ranton chakra will form into a medium length blade. The blade will pass through most obstructions in their path. If this technique is used on a sword, the sword will gain incredible cutting power burning through other metals with extended exposure.

The initial barrage is only eight lasers, but the user can increase the lasers by paying an addition 4 chakra.

Effects: This technique utilizes a cloak, robe, or some other form of clothing that is capable of covering the majority of the body. The user will cover the garment will chakra, utilizing it to alter the color to fit the landscape, much like a chameleon in order to hide themselves. Weapons, body parts outside of the garment, are not effected by this. This technique does not provide true invisibility, but merely camouflage. An object striking the altered garment will disrupt the technique, ending it. Requires Level Two Assassination

Effects: While the strikes of Seishou Kentou are usually very strong they can also be very fast. This attack uses the body's ability to use chakra to make their fists strike faster, in a form of a cheap stimulent so to say. Entering the boxing stance the user channels chakra into his arm's and strikes extremely fast and can continue to strike as long as the user floods power to his arms.

Effects: This jutsu is one that is not directly offensive compared to the other jutsu in Seishou Tentou. This jutsu concentrates on the user's footwork. By focusing energy in their leg's like in the Hayai Dageki technique the user moves forward at great speed, causing an afterimage like effect behind the user as they move. However at moving such a speed this jutsu is hard to control movement. Level 2 Speed and Agility Required.

Effects: This jutsu is a combonation effort of both ninjutsu and taijutsu, the jutsu starts out with a set of hand seal's, after the hand seals are complete the user performs the steps for the Genjuu Ude attack but instead of releasing the chakra as a physical strike the user fires out a large blast of chakra from their fist. Requires Tai 2 and Nin 1 at least.

Description: This weird device, at first glance, looks like a strange board constructed out of wood that can be carried like a backpack. Yet, when in Miku's hands, it becomes something more. At her comand, a pair of thin, tanned wings shoot out the sides along with a tail. The wing span is approximately five feet in length, and can be used for fast paced transportation when powered with wind chakra. The upkeep to fly is akin to 5 chakra per post, and any added bonuses such as sudden acceleration can vary, but usually extends to a three point increase in cost.

『SEAL SCROLL ONE』
This scroll is located on Miku's left hip, opposite of her second scroll. It's laced with a red ribbon to mark it from the others. This scroll contains the following items.『HITAI-ITE』
The forehead protecter or headband that everyone gets at Genin, which has a symbol representing his or her ninja village of origin. A strike through this symbol shows that the individual is a nukenin of their former home. The cloth is either colored navy blue, crimson, black, or white. Free item, expected to be always worn.
『HYŌRŌGAN』
Special pills that are issued to any ninja, unlike Zōketsugan. These pills replenish the stamina and chakra and nourish the body of the person who ingests it. It's made of powerful stimulants and nutrients. Carry five.
『FLASH BOMB』
Small pouches containing a thick powder substance. When chakra is powered into them, and they make contact with a surface, they burst. The powder lights, and releases a intense light to blind a foe for a short period of time. Best used for a distraction or quick escape. The scroll contains two of these.
『SEAL SCROLL TWO』
This scroll is located on Miku's right hip, opposite of her second scroll. This scroll is a light cyan blue, with black spiral design located on the outside. This scroll is used to contain the following items.『EXPLODING TAGS』
Exploding tags are scraps of paper inscribed with a special formula, centering around the kanji for explode, 「爆」"baku." Infused with chakra, they will explode either after a set amount of time has passed, or remotely. The tags can be attached to a surface or wrapped around a weapon to be thrown at an enemy. Carry five.
『FŪMA SHURIKEN』
A giant-sized version of the shuriken, with four pre-eminent sharpened blades. The blades can be retracted into a single blade forme, or a variety of other combinations. Carry two, worn on back.
『COMBAT KNIFE』
A short bladed weapon that is wider then a kunai with a flat blade. This tool is more effective for deflecting weapons and blocking against blows then a kunai. While it's not as effective thrown, this weapon is more efficient for close combat. it can easily be stored or hidden. This weapon requires no skill to use.
Name: Supairaru Denryū (Spiral Current)[/size]

Description: This two sided weapon was composed around the concept of constant movement. Despite it's size, this two sided voulge is both light weight and enchanted with chakra to aide Miku during combat. Through it's enhancements, this voulge can utilize the wind for sudden long range slash attacks that can reach an extra ten feet away through her chakra. Miku can also utilize the rapid spiral of the weapon to make a fan of wind to push the enemy away. She can also use this motion to form a shield composed of rapidly spiraling wind to disarm or block melee attacks. The wind slashes cost four chakra and are the same as a normal slice from the blade. The fan and shield cost five with 2 chakra to maintain overtime.
