Kinjutsu are very powerful and infamous jutsu that have survived the tests of time. These jutsu are often so powerful that they harm the user in the process. Their sheer might is forced villages to hide these as secrets for as long as possible. However, with the villages falling apart these secrets were scattered to the wind.
To request a Kinjutsu you must first request a group that they belong to. Groups are broken down into four sections.
First is the Basic Section, this section consists of Kage Bunshin and the Eight Gates. Those groups within this section are basic for everyone. No matter what type of shinobi you are you can learn Kinjutsu here.
Second is the Assorted Section, this section holds Kinjutsu whose purpose is for combat or supplemental. Some examples would be Rasengan, Chidori, etc. There are no guidelines necessarily, but you cannot gain them all. Your Battle Log will be reviewed and it will be decided by the admin whether or not you can gain more groups. Some tips, picking Rasengan and Chidori will more than likely will be your only options.
Third is the Skill Section, this section includes Kinjutsu that belong to a certain skill tree. These include Pupperty, Medical, and Sealing. These are similar to Basic in that if you have the skill you will more than likely get these.
Last is the WTF Section, this section include Kinjutsu that are ridiculous and hold special restrictions. These include Edo Tensei, Jashin, and Jiongu. Due to the game changing qualities of these jutsu you may only choose one group and you will more than likely be declined for all other Kinjutsu groups.
Mixing of groups is often ok, excluding WTF Section. If you have Basic Section along with a Skill Section group you will likely only be allowed one Assorted Section Group. If you are going for several Assorted Section Groups, you will likely only get a maximum of three. All of these will be decided on a case by case basis. Elements that may change your standing. Your reputation on the site, your roleplay skill, your placement in villages, etc. The quality of your rp is a big thing as well. In the end if there's discrepancy it will be decided by an admin vote.
Note: When you request the group you get access to all of the jutsus within the group. Each jutsu is required to go through the Custom Jutsu process where you must roleplay for each jutsu. The manner of approval for these is just the same as well meaning you do this in the Battle Log section.
