Taijutsu Knowledge
Level I: Allows the ninja to perform simple Taijutsu attacks, such as punches and kick combos. The Ninja can use Basic Taijutsu with no styles at this point.
Level II: Allows the ninja to have one Taijutsu fighting style with all allowed rank jutsus.
Level III: Allows the user to have two Taijutsu styles. The second one will only allow to use jutsus of lower rank then himself. The user gains a level one combat trait for free.
Master Level: Allows the user to have two Primary Taijutsu Styles and allows the user gains a level two combat skill. Replaces level one. The user may identify open taijutsu styles.
Ninjutsu Knowledge
Level I: Allows the ninja to use basic Ninjutsu (note that some basic ninjutsu have other requirements).
Level II: Allows the ninja to use basic ninjutsu and jutsu from a primary element of his choice.
Level III: Allows the ninja to use basic ninjutsu and to have two ninjutsu elements. The second will only allow the ninja to use ninjutsu of lower rank than himself. The user gains a level one chakra trait for free.
Master Level: Allows the ninja to use basic ninjutsu, and three ninjutsu elements. The third element will only allow the ninja to use ninjutsu of lower rank then himself. The shinobi's mastery of ninjutsu has given them access to a single Yin-Yang Balance Element. The user gains a level two chakra trait for free.

Speed & Agility
Level I: Gives the ninja more speed and agility than average ninja do, which allows them to dodge basic attacks with more efficiency. The shinobi can perform handseals are a faster rate than average. Requires at least Taijutsu Knowledge Level II.
Level II: Gives the ninja more speed and agility than before, allowing him to dodge ranged attacks, such as shurikens with more efficiency. The shinobi can perform one-handed seals though at a slower rate than average.
Level III: Allows the ninja to use speed related jutsus (Jutsus will have the requirement). The shinobi can perform single handed seals at a normal rate and their two handed seals are a blur.
Master Level: Gives a huge boost on speed and agility. Every thing that requires speed or agility to do, is done with great facility by the ninja. The shinobi can perform multiple one-handed seals simaltaniously, and their two-handed seals are faster than the eye.
Strength and Power
FreeLevel I: Gives the ninja more strength and power then average ninja do, providing more physical constitution, allowing the ninja to sustain more damage. Requires at least Taijutsu Knowledge Level II.
FreeLevel II: Gives the ninja more strength and power then average ninja do, which allows them to deliver more damage in their Taijutsu attacks. The strength level of the ninja will be enough to crack stone with an attack.
Level III: Allows the ninja to use strength related jutsus (Jutsus will have the requirement).
Master Level: Gives a huge boost on strength and power. Every thing that requires strength to do, is done with great facility by the ninja. He has now a great endurance and resistance to damage.
Genjutsu Resistance
Level I: Allows the ninja to realize if he got trapped in a Genjutsu of the same rank, making it easier to make a plan of escape. Allows the use of Genjutsu Kai.
Level II: Allows the ninja to realize if he got trapped in a Genjutsu of one rank higher. Also, allows the use of Genjutsu Hakai. Genjutsu of one sub-type require one less chakra to break.
Elemental Fusion
Level I: The shinobi has become proficient enough with his own elemental chakra to fusion two elements together giving the shinobi access to a fusion element.
Chakra Capacity
FreeLevel I: Allows the shinobi to sustain a bit more Chakra. 10% more Chakra. Sannin/Kage ninjas will have a reduction of five CP over the total CP (applying skill bonus).
FreeLevel II: Allows the shinobi to sustain a greater amount of Chakra. 20% more Chakra. Sannin/Kage ninjas will have a reduction of five CP over the total CP (applying skill bonus).
Chakra Sensory
Level I: Allows the shinobi to sense surrounding chakra, for comparison with its own or surrounding ones. Requires at least Ninjutsu and Genjutsu Knowledge level II. (Range: 100 meters)
Level II: Allows the shinobi to sense chakra at higher range and also sense multiple chakra at once (maximum 5)(Range: 500 meters)

Effects: This technique is a must for any Shinobi. Difficult for some genins, Waza consists of basic manipulation of chakra through the fit. This is done through two ways. First, they may concentrate chakra to their soles to because adhesive, allowing them to walk on normally impossible surfaces, such as walls or a tree. Second, the user may force their chakra downward to act as a method of balance which grants them the ability to walk on water. Both take a constant concentration of chakra, and thus must be maintained each turn of usage for one chakra. This does not require hand seals.

Effects: This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short distances at an almost untraceable speed. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily boost the user's reflexes. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements; however, other methods can be taken from the environment used to disguise the movement such as a swarm of leaves.
Effects with Agility and Speed Skill:
Level I: May be used to move once in two posts, without chance of attacking/using jutsu right after.
Level II: May be used to escape once a post without chance of attacking/using jutsu right after.
Level III: May be used to move as often as the user wants with chance of attacking once.
Master Level: May be used as often as the user wants with possibility of combo attack and jutsu use after.

Effects: A jutsu that produces a copy of one's self by drawing water and shaping it into their own form. The user's chakra causes the body to solidify and take on the appearance of the creator, as well as any items they have. These clones are easily disrupted, any great impacts causing their structure to break down. They are, however, able to use jutsus, and may be manipulated from a distance. The jutsu's cost is it's base +2 chakra for each additional clone made after the first.

Effects: A superior form of Daitoppa, this technique greatly increases the amount of force provided by the blast. This technique uses a greater amount of wind, the user drawing a large quanity of air into their lugs before releasing it in a great air blast, a deadly missile of air pressure. The force is such that it can even blast with stone and keep on going.

Effects: A defensive technique that creates a cyclone of spiraling water around the user, deflecting attack. This vicious torrent of water turns blows aside, the rotation not blocking as much as pushing away enemies' attacks and flinging them away. A particularly powerful wall, Suijinheki can only be broken by powerful piercing attacks that are not easily swayed, as opposed to more loose techniques.

The initial barrage is only eight lasers, but the user can increase the lasers by paying an addition 4 chakra.

Effects: By concentrating a moderate amount of Uton energy into their body the user of this jutsu can extend it outwards causing the black lightning to form a large protective barrier around them about ten feet in length. It not only weakens any ninjutsu that passes through it but also affects any enemies or allies in the same manner as the other uton jutsu in the fact that it numbs any body part that comes into contact with and also forces them to use 4 more cp for each jutsu for 3 posts.

Type: Body Mutation
Regeneration of bones and creation of new bones. The user will have the Taijutsu Knowledge Skill Level Three automatically, due to the Kaguya style requiring an immense amount of skill. The Kaguya is treated as a Taijutsu style and required to use the bloodline.
Chisokuken (Speeding Fist)[/b]
This Taijutsu style was originally developed by a Taijutsu Sensei of Kumogakure. Using lightning as a natural village element, he inspired on its magnificence to create a style that blended the energy and speed that is possible of the body to create a taijutsu style capable of fighting at extremes that rivaled the fury of the heavens. One of The Kaguya Dances, this Jutsu will allow the user to release bone spikes from their body. These spikes can be released from the palms, knees, elbows, just about anywhere. The spikes are useful in combat, being either used as a hidden spear to stab an opponent or a last second defense against an opponent. The bone spikes may be released and retracted at will. Costs 1 chakra per turn to maintain.

A technique used to fire high-powered bullets. The Kaguya will lift their fingers towards an opponent and release the foremost finger bone at the opponent. The bone missiles will rotate at high speeds, shattering whatever it impacts. This Jutsu releases up to ten finger bullets at once at an opponent.

Karamatsu no Mai

One of the Kaguya Dances, this technique is a greater version of Yanagi No Mai, the user's body will become a living defense, every bone in the body reinforced. They will grow and like Yangai act as defensive spikes. Unlike it's predecessor, however this dance defends against even Ninjutsus, bone plates forming beneath the skin. As with Yanagi, the user can impale an enemy with the bones. Costs 1 chakra per turn to maintain.
Tessenka No Mai - Tsuru

One of the Kaguya Dances, Tsuru is actually the first part of a combination attack. The Kaguya will begin by ripping their spine from their body, turning it into a bladed whip in which to bind and rip against an opponent. This whip like all bones is extremely durable, not to mention dangerous. This Weapon once created requires no further chakra to maintain after creation.

Effects: This taijutsu breaks the limits of the user's speed, enhancing their reflexes and mobility to extremes. This high increase in their agility will allow them not only to run fast but beyond the point where normal perception may keep up with them, allowing the user to essentially surround the enemy, moving from place to place in a blink of an eye striking from any point. However, as grand as this technique is, it is also extremely tiring, requiring a three chakra maintaining cost instead of one point. Requires Level III Speed and Agility.

Tessenka No Mai - Hana

One of the Kaguya Dances, Hana is actually the second part of a combination attack. The Kaguya will manipulate all the bones within in one and then begin spiraling them up his arm, becoming larger and cone-shaped. The user will then begin spinning the bone spear, striking forth at an enemy. This attack is extremely powerful and can break through most defenses. This Weapon requires no further chakra to maintian after creation.

One of the Kaguya dances, this jutsu is perhaps the strongest technique in the Kaguya Arsenal. The user will either go underground or touch before releasing bones into it, which will quickly grow into hundreds of large bone spears. These will then rise up from the ground, impaling any it impacts. This Jutsu's range is huge, making it there little place to hide. Because of the speed in which it is and height of the bone forest, this technique is extremely difficult to face. These Bones will remain until the end of the battle and require no further chakra to maintain.

『BASIC EQUIPMENT』
A pack issued to any ninja, that contains the following: ten shuriken, eight kunai (four for pack, four for leg holster), two smoke bombs, ten exploding tags, and one spool of wire (fifty feet).
『BINGO BOOK』
A book that contains any and all information on every recorded nukenin, which all Jōnin and ANBU are given by their respective Kage or equally-powerful figure to hunt down and assassinate. The purpose of this is so that the village's secrets and/or kekkei genkai are not stolen or examined by the enemy. Kirigakure has a special unit within their ANBU called Oinin whose sole purpose is the complete eradication of these nukenin. Carry one.
『HYŌRŌGAN』
Special pills that are issued to any ninja, unlike Zōketsugan. These pills replenish the stamina and chakra and nourish the body of the person who ingests it. It's made of powerful stimulants and nutrients. Carry five.
『EXPLODING TAGS』
Exploding tags are scraps of paper inscribed with a special formula, centering around the kanji for explode, 「爆」"baku." Infused with chakra, they will explode either after a set amount of time has passed, or remotely. The tags can be attached to a surface or wrapped around a weapon to be thrown at an enemy. Carry five.
『FŪMA SHURIKEN』
A giant-sized version of the shuriken, with four pre-eminent sharpened blades. The blades can be retracted into a single blade forme, or a variety of other combinations. Carry two, worn on back.
